Give Time is our global volunteering programme. It allows all permanent employees to spend 2 working days each year volunteering for charitable organisations.

The policy sets out guidelines for colleagues on safe, valuable volunteering practices.

Give Time is a genuine way for colleagues to donate their time and knowledge. By embracing volunteering, our colleagues use their skills to give back to a community, making a positive difference to the people within it. We can’t think of anything better than that!

Our colleagues can volunteer for any charitable organisation, although we encourage colleagues to volunteer for our Global Social Impact partners where possible, and/or with charities and organisations that align with our purpose and fight and social impact strategy

Our Reckitt Social Impact Strategy has 3 focus areas:

1. Maternal and Child health (SDG 2 & 3)

2. Clean water, Hygiene and Sanitation (SDG 6 & 3)

3. Sexual health and Rights (SDG 3)

In addition, we have our global-led longer term volunteering programmes that provide other valuable opportunities for employees to utilise their skills and expertise.

As a purpose-driven Company, we attract employees who share our desire to make

a positive impact on the world. While our products improve the lives of millions of people around the globe every day, many of us want a more hands-on way of giving back.

Our purpose is to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. This means being recognised for the positive impact we make around the world. Give Time enables us to use our skills to make a real tangible impact within communities, to causes that really matter.

Volunteering also provides many mental and physical health benefits. It connects employees to the community, makes an impact and creates a better place for all.

Volunteers benefit from:

• Making/building stronger connections.

• Developing/strengthening a sense of well-being.

• Elevating personal development & self-discovery.

• Making a meaningful impact.

• Being a part of a community and value creation.
