Humberside Fire and Rescue Service serves just under one million residents of Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and North-East Lincolnshire, providing a 24/7 emergency response to fire, flood, RTCs and rescues on land or water.

Our Community Safety Volunteer scheme was first established in April 2008 and is run in partnership with Humberside Police. The aim of the scheme is to encourage those living and working in the area to use their skills, experience and knowledge to assist and support Police Officers, Police Community Support Officers, Special Constables, support staff and fire service personnel in their daily business.
