Jax Batty, A Bear Called Buttony

Jax, aged 11, a young volunteer and fundraiser, has raised over £20,000 for local charities, despite living with a chronic bowel condition. 

He's an ambassador for “A Bear Called Buttony,” which provides special bears to children undergoing stoma surgery. Jax’s efforts extend to organising donations for hospital wards, participating in events like a midnight walk, and raising £2,000 for the Rainforest Ward. His dedication earnt him a national award and recognition as an ambassador for a local children’s charity. 

Jax’s resilience and commitment to helping others, make him an inspiring figure in his community.
