Carolyn Croft, Little Victories in the Community
Carolyn is a committed volunteer coach with LVFC, a youth team for players with cerebral palsy.
Initially joining to support her daughter, she stepped up when new coaches were needed. As a nurse, Carolyn brings empathy and kindness to her role, leading sessions and mentoring new coaches. She provides comfort and advice to parents, sharing her own experiences. Volunteering weekly, Carolyn also represents LVFC at events. In two years, she completed the FA Play Maker course and secured funding for the FA Level 1 course.
Her impact is profound, creating an inclusive environment that empowers young players to shine.
