Pippa Whitehall, The Lookout

Pippa founded “The Lookout” in October 2022 to support parents and carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities in Withernsea. 

She connects families with relevant authorities, assists with forms, manages finances, and runs a weekly youth club and monthly swimming sessions for SEND children. Pippa also organises “pop-up hubs” in schools, providing a one-stop resource for parents. Dedicating 4-6 hours weekly, she remains available for support, balancing her role as a mother of two autistic children. 

Despite personal challenges, Pippa completed a Level 3 in neurodiversity to offer free training, ensuring “The Lookout” fills gaps left by existing systems.
