Volunteer Organisations

We're here to support volunteer organisations across Hull and East Riding to set up and manage their own volunteering programme. 

Being part of Time2Volunteer means that you can showcase your volunteering offer and we can work on promoting it for you.

Time2Volunteer gives organisations access to a free volunteer management system, Be Collective, which helps streamline the volunteering process. It enables groups to advertise volunteer opportunities and manage applications and timesheets. The number of volunteers and hours given are automatically logged, making gathering figures for reports much quicker. 

Time2Volunteer is passionate about promoting best practice around recruiting and managing volunteers. We want to ensure that all organisations and groups endorsed by Time2Volunteer are supporting their volunteers to a great standard. We ask that to have your opportunities appear on Time2Volunteer, you read and adopt our Volunteering Principles & Charter and have a number of volunteering documents that cover:

Volunteer Policy, Volunteer Agreement, Safeguarding Policy, Equality & Diversity Policy, Problem Solving Procedure.

These documents don't have to all be separate, for example, a Volunteer Policy often covers elements of the others.
