HEY Smile Foundation are supporting a number of voluntary organisations to host an appreciation or celebration event for volunteers, around Volunteers’ Week 2024 (3rd - 9th June). 

In 2023, The Festival of Volunteering was a partnership project, led by Hull CVS and HEY Smile Foundation and hosted by Time2Volunteer, to empower voluntary organisations to celebrate volunteers.

In Hull, we held a full day event that involved many Time2Volunteer Partners and other voluntary organisations, as well as local businesses and corporate partners, who kindly offered their time and resources to put on an amazing afternoon for volunteers. 

East Riding events ranged from afternoon tea celebrations, networking and music events, a theatre show, to gift bags and a pop-up roadshow to recruit new volunteers!

Volunteers’ Week 2024 is 3rd - 9th June and The Big Help Out is also happening again nationally this year, from the 7-9th June 2024.
