We asked what's going on over Christmas and what groups and charities need help with! 

✅ Fundraising, buying Christmas cards, donating tins or a food hamper?

✅ Supporting a festive party, serving food at a shelter, calling an isolated person?

Lots of people want to help out ad hoc over the festive period and we want to direct people to it.

Here's what we found so far:

Hull Samaritans would like more volunteers to join their wonderful team so they can answer calls quickly and offer support to those in need. Full training given. To contact them, please click here.

EMS Ltd are requesting Christmas treats or tinned goods for their festive hampers, which are going out to local people on 22nd December. To contact them, please click here.

West Hull Community Hub are hosting a Christmas meal to tackle isolation and loneliness on Christmas Day. To contact them, please email bhorth@hull-cvs.co.uk

Beverley Masonic Hall might need some help on Christmas Day hosting a community meal. Call 01482 210581.

Soju Beverley are asking for warm clothing or hygiene product donations for the homeless. Call 01482 867374.
